I discoverSweet potato gratin with garlic and ginger flavours

- Salt and pepper
- 1 sweet potato
- Grated Gruyere cheese
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 1 tbsp. garlic flavouring
- 1 tbsp. ginger flavouring
Preparation :
1. Wash, peel and slice the sweet potato.
2. In a saucepan, cook the sweet potato for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°.
4. Mix the cream with the garlic and ginger flavourings.
5. Once the sweet potato is cooked, arrange the slices in a large gratin dish.
6. Cover with grated Gruyere cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
