I discoverTiramisu with strawberry and natural vanilla flavouring
12 sponge biscuits
180 g caster sugar
1 half yellow lemon
500 g strawberries
4 eggs
250 g mascarpone
5 tablespoons of natural vanilla flavouring
Preparation :
1. Start by washing and cutting the strawberries into pieces in a bowl and place the bisuits in a dish.
2. Sprinkle the strawberries with lemon juice, 30 g sugar and the 5 tablespoons of vanilla flavouring.
3. Crush the strawberries with a fork and spread the mixture over the biscuits so that they soak in and place in the fridge.
4. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg yolks with 120 g of sugar until the mixture whitens, then add the mascarpone and mix well.
5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the remaining 30 g of sugar.
6. Fold the egg whites into the yolk, sugar and mascarpone mixture.
7. Pour the mixture over the biscuits and chill before eating!
