Foie gras
Scones
Salt and pepper
Fig jam
Half a teaspoon of natural orange flavouring
1. Cut out scones and slices of foie gras with a cookie cutter.
2. Arrange a scone, a slice of foie gras and another scone on your board as many times as you like.
3. In a ramekin mix the fig jam with the natural orange flavouring.
4. All that's left to do is enjoy!
