Vanilla and Whisky flavoured French toast

  • 25cl of milk
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 75g cane sugar
  • 6 thick slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavouring
  • 1 tablespoon whisky flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Whisk together the eggs, sugar and milk.
  2. Add the flavourings.
  3. Dip the bread slices in the mixture.
  4. Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
  5. Put the slices of bread in the pan and brown them on both sides for about 2 minutes.
