Vanilla cream with tonka bean flavour

50cl of milk

5cl full cream

1 tbsp. natural organic Vanilla flavouring or 2 Vanilla pods

1.5 tsp. natural Tonka bean flavouring

80g Sugar

2 eggs

1 egg yolk

20 g cornstarch

1- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, yolk and sugar until they are white.

2- Then add the cornstarch (to avoid lumps, remember to sift it).

3- Pour the milk and full cream into a saucepan.

4- Add the organic vanilla (or split vanilla pods) and Tonka bean flavourings.

5- Bring to the boil.

6- Slowly pour the milk mixture over the sugar and eggs while whisking.

7- Transfer gently to the pan and continue to stir over low heat until thickened.

8- You can now pour your preparation into small jars and put them in the fridge for 2h min before tasting!
