Vegetarian Buddha bowl with citrus flavour

250 g quinoa

1 half avocado

Pumpkin seeds

some broccoli

1 teaspoon of citrus flavouring

sunflower seeds

spinach shoots

A little red cabbage

Sweet potatoes

100 g soya beans

5 dl vegetable stock

1. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil and cook the quinoa for about 20 minutes.

2. Spread the quinoa in the bowl and add your different seeds as desired.

3. It's time for the vegetables: cook the broccoli and sweet potatoes. Cut up your avocado and clean your spinach shoots.

4. Now lay out all the ingredients you have available according to your wishes.

5. Finally, sprinkle drops of citrus flavouring over the entire bowl and enjoy!
