Yoghurt cake with Cocoa and Apricot flavours

  • 3 eggs
  • 10g of butter
  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • 1⁄2 pot of oil yoghurt
  • 2 yoghurt pots of flour
  • 1.5 pots of sugar yoghurt
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 10 drops of organic apricot flavouring
  • 20 drops of Cocoa flavouring

Preparation:

  1. Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, then the oil and the Organic Cocoa and Apricot flavours.
  3. Mix until the dough is smooth.
  4. Butter the mould and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Leave to cool.
