I discoverYoghurt verrine with vanilla whipped cream and exotic fruit meringue

- 4 meringues
- 4 stirred yoghurts
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50cl double cream
- 3 tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavouring
- 1/2 tsp. exotic fruit flavouring
How to make it:
- Before starting to make the whipped cream, chill all the ingredients, including the vanilla flavouring and utensils, in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl and whisk until it rises. Then gently fold in the sugars, spoon by spoon, and the Vanilla flavouring.
- Set aside in the fridge.
- Coarsely crush the meringues while stirring in the Exotic Fruit flavouring.
- Arrange a layer of meringue in a verrine, followed by a layer of stirred yoghurt, a layer of meringue and finally a layer of chantilly.
